This is a lovely two storey flat around 15 minutes walk from the centre of Bristol. Nicky and Christina were extremely helpful and accommodating - thank you so much for the stay.

A great apartment and was exactly what we were after for our family of 4. The kitchen had what we needed and there was good access to provisions from shops on Picton Street and the Tesco Express that is a 5 minute walk away. We very much enjoyed eating at Thali (Indian) and a pint by the fire in The Cadbury.

We loved our holiday here! 🌟 The large maisonette has a lovely calm and welcoming feel to it. It’s a gorgeous space, spotlessly clean with everything that we needed - a great place to relax. Lots of really nice independent shops and eateries on the doorstep and a nice walk into the city centre. We highly recommend a stay here. Thank you Nicky and Christina for a fantastic stay! 🌟

Really enjoyed the stay, very comfortable property, no issues with check in, or during the stay. Would stay again 100%. Great access to local restaurants and bars and a short trip into Bristol. Managed to park on street no problem. Thanks Nicky!

Nicky's beautifully furnished apartment was perfect for us. We felt so comfortable there that we would love to come back. Had a lovely stay at Nicky's place, very comfortable and homely. Just what a couple of pregnant friends needed to catch up with each other. the apartment is in a great location for Bristol, with everything in walking distance or near local transport. Great communication before and during stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Montpelier. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our visit. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made check-in really straightforward. Montpelier itself is a brilliant area to stay in Bristol – full of character, with colourful houses, independent shops, and plenty of great pubs, cafés, and food spots nearby. It’s also within easy walking distance of Stokes Croft and the city centre, so it was really convenient for exploring. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a vibrant, friendly neighbourhood with lots going on.

We had a lovely stay at Nicky’s apartment. The place is conveniently located on a lovely road, tucked away from the busy main road so much quieter but within walking distance of great coffee and brunch spots, bars and pubs. The flat was just as described, with lovely decoration and it felt very much like a home rather than an Airbnb. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful accommodation, and comfortable. Nothing was lacking. The area has a really friendly and interesting vibe with plenty of eateries etc. Easy access into Bristol centre just 3 bus stops away with frequent reliable bus service. So much to do we could easily have stayed longer. The host, Nicky, was friendly and helpful and very responsive, gave us lots of helpful tips and instructions. Would highly recommend. A very nice and quiet stay in a lovely neighborhood. The house is well equipped, there are plenty of coffee shops nearby and an excellent Indian restaurant, Thali, at the end of the street. We found the flat very convenient. Super easy check-in and check-out, nice decoration. Feels like home.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay - easily walkable into town or to the University with a huge choice of places to eat and drink within a few minutes. Would've loved to stay longer to try a few more! Despite being a bustling area, the street was quiet at night. The flat has everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicky’s place in Bristol! We were in town for a five-day workshop, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient – central, yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly spacious. With two bedrooms, a comfortable living room, and a large, well-equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect place to relax after our busy days, and it really allowed us to enjoy both the workshop and the city. Communication with Nicky and Christina was excellent – fast, friendly, and super helpful. We were even able to check in a bit earlier than planned, which made everything even smoother. Honestly, the stay exceeded all our expectations. If we ever come back to Bristol, we’ll definitely stay at Nicky’s place again

Nicky’s two level apartment is lovely. Tastefully furnished, comfortable beds and a cosy living room. The location is great if you want to be close to the city centre but in a smaller neighbourhood with more personality. Good local shops and restaurants. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a fine short stay at Nicky’s place. So much historic character - we had fun imagining ourselves in lodgings above a regency era shop. Of course the reality was a bit different - as the neighborhood is now grittier and livelier, full of interesting local businesses. We felt completely safe, 2 women. The apartment was very tidy and clean, with an attractively- stocked kitchen and a large bath. My duvet ( the gray one) was even nicer than mine at home, which I’ve thought is the best! For a busy street, it was pretty quiet and we slept well. Very walkable and lots of nearby buses and trains. Thanks, Nicky!
